SHIPPING AND RETURNS
COMM-CI targets customer satisfaction in online shopping. Shipping is free for orders over 250 TL.
Free Shipping: Orders over 250 TL will be sent free of charge via XXX. Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by postal service within 7 working days. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
In accordance with the relevant legislation; By the service providers (mail-cargo companies), during the delivery of postal shipments to the recipient; as a minimum; The delivery recipient's name-surname, TR identity number (passport number for foreign nationals, internationally valid equivalent document number or document number issued by the Turkish authorities) are storedunder data privacyandregistrationlawstobe submitted to the relevant authorities for at least two years. If the recipient does not want to provide their credentials, the shipment will not be delivered and returned to the sender.
Free Return Cargo: If you want to return the product or products you have purchased, you can send it free of charge within 30 days with XXX.
Shipping: Your orders are shipped every weekday (except public holidays) until 17:00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
When your order reaches you by postal service/cargo company; please take the product in front of the deliverypersonandexamine it fordamages. Our products are insured during shipping, the compensation of damages incurred during transportation belongs to the cargo company. If the product is damaged, prepare a report and return the product.
Returns within 30 days: You can return the products within 30 days from the date you receivethem. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the conditions.
If you are not satisfied with the product; within 30 days of delivery, you can return the product or request a size change.
In order to be able to do so, you must notify us of your complaint via e-mail.
Free Retuns: If you send the products you want to return with XXX, no shipping fee will be charged.
Refunds: If the returned products meet the return conditions, COMM-CI willwire the refund amountto the customer’s bank account/creditcardwithin 10 working days. Itmaytake at least1-3 daysforthe bank toprocesstheamount. As required by the Bank's practices, transactions made in installments willalso be refunded in installments.
If the invoice was issued on behalf of a company/businessat the time of purchase, the relevant companyinformationand the return invoice must be sent with the product.
When the return is approved,thecustomerwill be contactedviatheir registered e-mail addressandaskedfor theirbank account information where the transactionamountwill be refunded. The bank account information to which the refund will be sent must belong to the company/businessname on the invoice.
The return of a product is generally subject to the following conditions:
Returns must be made in the original box or with its packaging and invoice.
Productswith custom embroidery, personalization, damaged in badfaithwill not be accepted.
In cases where the above conditions are detected, the productrefund is not accepted and the cost is not refundable.
Changing the size or color after receiving the product without washing and wearing is possible, if our customer is tocover the round-trip shipping fee, with theirinvoice. The product sent forchange not within 30 days of deliveryand/or not with an invoiceis will not be changed. Iftheproduct of choice is availablein our stocks it will be changed in thesize or color notifiedbythecustomer.
If you are sure that there is any damage to the product you received, please contact us at email@example.com. Do not throw away the product, packaging andthe invoice, as we will need for a thorough inquiry. The casewill be examined as soon as possible and all necessary actions will be taken for your satisfaction.
